We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Manager B2B

Location: Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Head of Marketing

Role Overview

  • The Marketing Manager (B2B) will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by building and nurturing partnerships with businesses, distributors, and other stakeholders.
  • This position is responsible for developing tailored marketing strategies, executing targeted campaigns, and ensuring that company products meet the unique needs of business clients in the FMCG and food product space.

Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Strategy Development:

  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential business clients, including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies tailored to the FMCG sector.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with B2B clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for business clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.

Sales Support & Enablement:

  • Work closely with the sales team to create compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches.
  • Provide detailed product information, including specifications, pricing structures, and supply chain options.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns targeted at business clients to increase product visibility and sales volume.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes.

Networking & Industry Engagement:

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Establish and grow connections with key decision-makers in the food production and FMCG industries.

Performance Analysis:

  • Track and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing within the FMCG or food product sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
