Description

• We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy, brand growth and market execution across its product portfolio.
• This is a senior commercial marketing role for someone who understands how to take products to market, build brands, drive demand and work closely with sales, dealers, distributors and other commercial stakeholders.

What You`ll Own

• Develop and execute marketing strategy across the product portfolio.
• Lead brand positioning, campaigns, launches and market activation.
• Translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.
• Work closely with sales and channel teams to drive product demand and market growth.
• Develop consumer, trade and dealer marketing initiatives.
• Manage agencies, vendors, campaigns and marketing budgets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and consumer behaviour.
• Track campaign performance, brand health and commercial impact.
• Lead and develop the marketing team.
• Identify new market and growth opportunities.

We`re Looking For

• Interested candidates should possess a Master`s Degree
• 7 – 10 years’ marketing experience with progressive responsibility.
• Strong experience in automotive, mobility, consumer products, retail, FMCG or another commercially driven industry.
• Proven experience leading brands/products from strategy through execution.
• Strong understanding of trade/channel/dealer marketing is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial and analytical thinking.
• Experience managing agencies, budgets and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• A proven track record of delivering measurable marketing results.

Salary
N1,300,000 – N1,500,000 monthly.
