Its Virtual Bidding Platform (VBP1)—the first of its kind in Africa—has set the benchmark for online auto remarketing. By removing the need for physical attendance, Asper ensures auctions are more accessible, transparent, and efficient for both sellers and buyers.

Asper is prospecting to establish 10 operational locations across Africa, positioning itself as a future leader in online vehicle auctions. The company aims to connect insurance firms, government agencies, banks, fleet operators, and other sellers with a diverse buyer base—including Tokunbo buyers, dismantlers, rebuilders, dealers, exporters, and the general public.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Summary

  • A Marketing Manager directs an organization’s advertising, branding, and promotional efforts to drive business growth and raise brand awareness.
  • They develop strategies, manage campaigns across digital and traditional channels, oversee budgets, and analyze market trends to maximize ROI.
  • This role blends creative content creation with data-driven decision-making to connect products with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Execution: Planning and implementing marketing campaigns from conception to completion.
  • Brand Management: Ensuring consistent brand identity and messaging across all materials.
  • Digital & Traditional Marketing: Managing social media, SEO, content, email campaigns, and advertising.
  • Budgeting & ROI: Allocating funds, controlling costs, and measuring campaign performance.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems to analyze consumer behavior and track KPIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in marketing, often requiring a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing software, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
  • Communication: Strong copywriting, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Leadership: A bility to manage internal teams and external agencies.

Work Environment:

  • Marketing managers often work in corporate settings, but their role varies by company size.
  • In smaller firms, they may be generalists handling all marketing tasks, while in larger organizations, they may specialize in areas like digital marketing or product marketing.

Salary
N100,000 per month.
