Job Title: Marketing Manager

About the Role

• We are looking for a creative, strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing activities across both digital and traditional channels.
• The ideal candidate will have practical experience developing marketing campaigns, managing digital platforms, creating engaging content and supporting offline marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated digital and traditional marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Manage social media platforms, online campaigns and digital marketing activities.
• Coordinate traditional marketing activities, events and promotional initiatives.
• Develop marketing content and ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
• Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and business growth.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective use of resources.

Requirements

• Minimum of an HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience with strong exposure to both digital and traditional marketing.
• Proven experience planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Good understanding of social media, digital advertising, content marketing and other digital channels.
• Experience with traditional marketing activities, events and promotional campaigns.
• Strong communication, creativity, analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and deliver results.

What We’re Looking For:

• We want someone who can think creatively, execute effectively and use marketing to support business growth.
• Experience working in a B2B environment or the security industry will be an advantage.

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 monthly.
