Job Summary

• We are seeking experienced and creative Marketing Executives with a proven track record in the FMCG sector.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, increase market share, and boost product sales.
• You must understand FMCG market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute marketing campaigns to promote FMCG products.
• Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive activities, and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales teams to design trade promotions and sales activation strategies.
• Manage product branding, packaging, and positioning in line with company objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Liaise with advertising agencies, media houses, and other marketing service providers.
• Organize and oversee promotional events, product launches, and in-store activations.
• Prepare periodic marketing reports and present insights to management.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with brand guidelines and industry regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/HND/OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years proven marketing experience in the FMCG industry (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of FMCG market trends, consumer purchasing behavior, and retail channel operations.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media campaigns, and marketing analytics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Creative thinking with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary
N50,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
