Job Summary

• We’re seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to manage our digital campaigns, social media presence, and in-store promotions.
• The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and passionate about using marketing to drive sales, customer engagement, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive both online and in-store sales.
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat) with engaging content and community interaction.
• Plan and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Coordinate on-site promotions, pop-ups, and events to boost traffic and sales.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to achieve measurable results.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create or oversee marketing materials and campaigns aligned with brand identity.
• Track campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2 – 4 years of proven experience in digital and on-site marketing.
• Proficiency in Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat Ads.
• Strong understanding of social media strategy and analytics.
• Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
