Job Title: Marketing Executive

About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing Executive with a strong understanding of the hospital system and healthcare service dynamics.
• The ideal candidate will drive patient engagement, build corporate relationships, and increase patronage for our diagnostic centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, and corporate organizations.
• Build and maintain strong referral networks with medical professionals and institutions.
• Develop marketing strategies to grow visibility and client base.
• Conduct outreach visits and manage on-ground marketing activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and opportunities within the healthcare sector.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on marketing performance.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
• 2 – 4 years of proven marketing experience (preferably in a hospital, diagnostic centre, or healthcare organization).
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and patient referral systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

Remuneration
N230,000 – N260,000 monthly plus performance-based incentives.
