Job Description

• Med-Vical International is seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and highly motivated Marketing Executive to drive the sales and distribution of our medical and pharmaceutical products.
• The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and have proven experience marketing medical equipment, consumables, pharmaceutical products, or related healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to increase product visibility and revenue.
• Identify and engage hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare institutions to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, procurement officers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
• Promote the organization’s portfolio of medical equipment, consumables, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence for management.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Represent the organization at exhibitions, conferences, and other industry events when required.
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely follow-up with clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Science, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in marketing medical equipment, pharmaceutical products, healthcare consumables, or related products.
• Demonstrable knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical supplies within the healthcare sector.
• Strong network within hospitals, pharmacies, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business development and relationship management abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for business development activities.
