Job Title: Marketing and Communications / M&E Specialist

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies to promote our brand, programs, and services
• Create engaging content for various channels, including social media, email, and website
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of our programs, including data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Develop and maintain M&E frameworks, tools, and systems
• Provide technical assistance and training to program staff on M&E best practices

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, International Development, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, and/or M&E
• Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
• Experience with M&E frameworks, tools, and systems
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including social media, email, and website analytics.
