Job Title: Marketing Business Development Officer

Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Marketing:

• Generate new clients for home care and domiciliary services.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into active clients.
• Educate prospective clients and families on available care services and packages.
• Maintain a structured client and lead database to track potential and current clients.

Partnerships & Referrals:

• Build and manage referral relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector and community.
• Maintain ongoing communication with partners to drive referrals and business growth.

Client Engagement & Support:

• Attend initial client meetings and home visits (non-clinical) to assess their needs.
• Support the onboarding of new clients by coordinating with operations and care teams to ensure smooth integration.
• Represent the company professionally during meetings, assessments, and visits.
• Ensure a positive first experience for clients and families, fostering long-term relationships.

Reporting & Collaboration:

• Provide weekly and monthly marketing performance reports to track lead generation and conversions.
• Collaborate closely with management and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Track leads, conversions, and client retention metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 2 – 5 years of experience in service-based marketing or business development.
• Prior experience in healthcare, insurance, real estate, hospitality, or NGO marketing is an advantage.
