Job Summary
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience. You will play a key role in shaping the voice of our brand and driving market growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to create awareness of the company’s products.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with the product development team to align marketing strategies with new product launches.
• Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content that reflects our brand’s values and aesthetics.
• Organize and oversee promotional events such as product launches, brand partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand, product management, and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Proficient in marketing software and social media platforms.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
