Job Title: Marketer

About Role

• We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketer to promote the hotel’s services, increase brand visibility, and drive room bookings through both online and offline marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote hotel rooms, services, and offers to attract new guests
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline)
• Manage the hotel’s social media pages and online presence
• Create engaging content (flyers, posts, short videos, promotions)
• Drive corporate bookings, partnerships, and walk-in clients
• Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Track marketing performance and report results to management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–2 years experience in marketing or sales (hospitality experience is an advantage)
• Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of social media marketing and digital promotions
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Basic design or content creation skills is an added advantage.

Salary
