We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage promotional activities to attract and engage customers.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing insights for improvement.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and visibility.
  • Collect leads, follow up on sales prospects, and support conversion activities.
  • Support social media content generation, customer feedback collection, and campaign execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Communicating with customers, leads, and prospects, and developing customer relationships.
  • Managing campaign budgets, and organizing and attending events.
  • Conducting market research to identify target audiences and competitors, and to understand their demands.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by developing and executing local marketing strategies tailored to clients in the assigned market.
  • Represent the brand positively during community engagement events, exhibitions, and open market promotions.
  • Schedule appointments with clients.
  • Send monthly report to the line manage.
  • Carry out any other duty as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND / HND, NCE or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other relevant fieldsis an advantage
  • 0 – 3 years experience in field marketing, sales, or promotional roles
  • A minimum of 2 years practical work experience as a marketer preferably in the architecture or construction industry.
  • Proven experienceto close business dealsand meetingsales targets.
  • Strong networking abilities and an in-depth understanding of the assigned market’s needs.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence and engage a wide range of clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skill and ability to be proactive at all time.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and promotional activities to create brand awareness and attract customers.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Proficiency in social media marketing, content and promotional campaign development.
  • Have an understanding of architectural design and experience in construction industry is a plus.
  • Result-oriented and targetdriven
  • Must be Tech Savvy.

  • Respectful, punctual, and dependable under field or team supervision.
