Job Title: Marketer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• ‎Plan and execute marketing campaigns for print products and branding services: business cards, brochures, packaging, large format, promotional items
• ‎Manage social media accounts and create engaging content: posts, reels, case studies, client testimonials
• ‎Collaborate with designers to develop marketing collateral, catalogs, and samples
• ‎Generate and nurture leads through digital channels, email marketing, and partnerships
• ‎Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• ‎Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client activations
• ‎Track campaign performance and report on KPIs: leads, conversion rates, ROI
• ‎Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and client communications

‎Requirements

• ‎OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related fields
• ‎1-3 years marketing experience. Branding, advertising, or printing industry experience is a plus
• ‎Strong grasp of digital marketing, content creation, and social media management
• ‎Familiarity with design tools: Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
• ‎Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills
• ‎Data-driven mindset with basic analytics: Meta Insights, Google Analytics
• ‎Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines
• ‎Lagos-based or willing to work on-site as needed.

Salary
N80,000 per month.
