Job Description

• We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketer to join our team.
• The Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products or services, attract new customers, and drive revenue growth.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products or services.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
• Create compelling content for marketing materials, including websites, blogs, social media, and advertisements.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for partnership and collaboration with other organizations.
• proficient in using microsoft packages.
• Test and optimize marketing tactics to improve performance and ROI.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets and expenditures.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on marketing performance and ROI.
• Foster a positive and engaging brand image through all marketing channels.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing roles/sales with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, concepts, and techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Salary
N150,000 – N180,000 / month.
