Ajoke Group is a distribution company that deals with the supply of major FMCG products nationwide.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Locations: Lagos & Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Promote the company’s agricultural products and services to existing and potential customers.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities in the agricultural sector.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders.
Visit farms, agro dealers, and field locations to demonstrate products and provide technical support.
Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and promotional campaigns.
Work with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Collect feedback from customers to guide product development and improvements.
Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies to stay competitive.
Manage social media, advertising, and other digital marketing activities for product awareness.
Organize and participate in agricultural exhibitions, field days, and trade fairs.
Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market updates.
Provide weekly or monthly marketing reports to supervisors or management.

Requirement

Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 1 – 2 years of experience.
