Job Title: Manual Test Engineer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

The Role

• As a Manual Test Engineer, you will consolidate and review your work with other QA, DevOps, Product owners and Developers across different Agile teams.
• You will carry out manual tests to ensure the software created meets the requirements.
• This involves the analysis of software to prevent issues and fixing bugs before the product is dispatched to end users.

Main Responsibilities

• Designing test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
• Writing Test plans, Test scripts, Test Specifications, executing tests on source code and Debugging.
• Analysing test results and reporting to the development team.
• Dealing with stakeholders and other members of the test and development team on projects

Requirements
What we are looking for in a candidate:

• 5+ years of experience using test applications such as Postman, Appium, SQL management studio.
• Experience in Agile Methodology in full SDLC.
• Understands the concepts of the Behaviour Driven Design/Development (BDD)
• Hands-on experience with Test Cycle Management tools like JIRA
• CICD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Development) experience with GIT and Jenkins.
