Job Title: Managing Director’s Seretary

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• The MD’s secretary will provide a variety of secretarial, administrative and office support for the MD.
• He/she must possess excellent organizational skills and demonstrate excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• The ideal candidate must have good knowledge of legal issues and the ability to work unsupervised with a high level of initiative.
• The role also requires a very high level of confidentiality.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• A Law Degree / background is highly desirable.
• 1 – 3 years cognate work experience as a confidential secretary or other related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software is essential.
