Job Title: Managing Director (MD)

Location: Gwarimpa, Abuja

About the Role

• The MD will provide day-to-day executive direction for Four-in-One Crowns Ltd, leading business planning and organisational transformation across the group’s diverse business lines — retail, hospitality, leisure, and e-commerce. Working under the strategic direction of the Chiefs, who in turn report to the President of the Group and the Board of Directors, the MD is responsible for translating group strategy into a coherent, executable operating plan and building the structures needed to deliver it.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day business planning, strategic transformation, and operational execution for the group, in line with direction set by the Chiefs.
• Provide executive oversight across all business units: Haastrup Mart, hotel and hospitality, water park and leisure, laundry, and e-commerce.
• Work closely with the Chief People, Asset and Strategic Officer and the wider executive team to build out and lead the organisation.
• Report regularly to the Chiefs on business performance, transformation milestones, and operational issues.
• Represent the company to investors, partners, regulators, and key stakeholders as directed by the Chiefs, President, and Board.
• Set performance targets across business units and hold operational leadership accountable for delivery.
• Champion the company’s service and value standards across all customer-facing operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be an expatriate, with demonstrated international leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or mixed-use commercial developments.
• 10–15 years’ senior leadership experience, ideally spanning retail, hospitality, or mixed-use commercial developments.
• Proven track record directing business planning and organisational transformation at group or multi-business-unit level.
• Strong strategic, financial, and stakeholder management capability.
• A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead multidisciplinary executive teams from the ground up.
