Job Title: Managing Director / CEO

Location: Amuwo-Odofin, Lagos
Reports To: CEO & Advisory Board

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with the institution’s vision.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across all business units.
• Ensure compliance with educational regulations and accreditation standards.
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with parents, students, staff, and the wider community.
• Expand the institution’s brand, student enrollment, and market presence.
• Foster innovation in teaching, learning, and operational processes.
• Establish and manage international partnerships for global learning opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in educational leadership and business management.
• Strong strategic planning, financial, and organizational skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with school accreditation and international educational partnerships.
