Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary

• We are seeking a smart, proactive, reliable, and trustworthy Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a beauty business.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating staff, managing customer relationships, overseeing stock and logistics, and ensuring that the workplace operates efficiently and professionally.
• The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and organisational skills, be able to work independently, and ensure that staff carry out their responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Distribute and coordinate jobs among stylists to ensure efficient workflow.
• Supervise staff and ensure assigned duties are completed effectively and on time.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure employees follow instructions and company procedures.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure a high standard of customer service.
• Attend to customer enquiries, requests, complaints, and concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate stock records and monitor the availability of products and supplies.
• Handle stock keeping, filing, and proper documentation of business records.
• Coordinate logistics and ensure timely movement and delivery of items when required.
• Monitor the general cleanliness, organisation, and orderliness of the workplace.
• Ensure equipment, products, and work areas are properly maintained.
• Identify operational issues and take proactive steps to resolve them.
• Provide regular updates to management on staff activities, stock levels, customer issues, and general operations.
• Support the smooth running of daily business activities and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of OND or BSc in any relevant field.
• Previous experience in a managerial, supervisory, beauty, salon, retail, or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Good customer service and relationship management skills.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate a team effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to maintain records and files.
• Ability to manage stock and basic logistics activities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
