Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Manager to lead our technology initiatives and drive digital transformation across our organization.

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc. and Master’s degree in information technology, with a solid technical background and have successful experience in team management.
• Minimum of 10 years’ cognate IT Management, Operations or Support Leadership role
• (Team Lead, Manager, Director). Networking: Cisco CCNA/AANP Operating Systems:
• Microsoft Certification (MCSA/AB 900/AZ-801) Security certification from Microsoft or others).
• Strong knowledge Of infrastructure, network administration, end-user computing, cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery.
• Practical experience with Microsoft environments including Dynamics 365 F&O,
• Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure-related services and endpoint/security management tools.
• Knowledge and experience in managing IT projects, vendors, change initiatives and cross-functional digital transformation programmes.
