• As a manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations of the mechanical systems in our cement plant.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical systems, including crushers, mills, conveyors, and kilns, in the cement plant
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for mechanical failures and provide effective solutions
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during maintenance activities.

Requirements

• BSc. / HND in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 18 years of experience in the maintenance and operations of mechanical systems in the cement industry
• Experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems in the cement industry.
• Excellent leadership and managerial skills.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Good understanding of safety and environmental regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
