Fresh Catch is a retail store that provides a variety of exclusive groceries, which also includes frozen seafood food items and pastries. We aim to provide quality service to our customers while ensuring the availability of requested products. We are located in Jabi and we offer delivery services to most areas in Abuja.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Manager

Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Day to day operations of the store/supermarket
• Work with the different sectors of the store to prepare daily reports
• Maintain company and service standards
• Carry out customer relations and supervise all staff activities, drafting and interpreting regulations and dealing with queries and complaints procedures;
• Maintaining high levels of quality assurance, including product/stock evaluation and all approved process/procedures;
• Contributeto policy and planning
• Managing budgets and ensuring financial systems are followed – banking, petty cash and cashier tills;
• Liaising with other stakeholders (suppliers, vendors etc.)
• Direct and coordinate shop maintenance services and the use of shop facilities – Cleanliness of shop floor and premises;
• All other managerial duties as assigned
