We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Manager / Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a visionary and results-driven Manager/Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the company’s operations and ensure the consistent progress of the business. This role requires a dynamic leader who is passionate about business growth, has strong operational expertise, and can drive organizational excellence.
  • As the COO, you will play a pivotal role in managing the team, optimizing business processes, and ensuring that our innovative solutions reach their full market potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and ensure sustained growth.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and oversee staff, ensuring their performance aligns with company objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Monitor day-to-day operations, streamline processes, and ensure efficient delivery of products and services.
  • Sales and Marketing Oversight: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize market penetration and drive revenue growth.
  • Performance Tracking: Set KPIs, monitor progress, and prepare detailed performance reports for the executive team.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, manage resources effectively, and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Innovation and Growth: Identify new market opportunities and oversee the development and launch of new initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or operations role, preferably in the technology, hospitality, or service sectors.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using business tools and software for project management, reporting, and analytics.
  • A deep understanding of sales and marketing processes is an advantage.
