Responsibilities

• Staff Management: Recruiting, training, scheduling, and performance management of retail staff. Fostering a positive work environment and team development.
• Sales and Profitability: Monitoring sales performance, implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Inventory Management: Overseeing stock levels, ordering merchandise, conducting inventory counts, and managing stock rotation and organization.
• Customer Service: Ensuring exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining a customer-focused environment.
• Store Operations: Managing daily operations, maintaining store appearance and merchandising, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Loss Prevention: Implementing security measures to prevent theft and fraud, monitoring inventory levels, and managing damaged or returned merchandise.
• Financial Management: Managing the store budget, handling cash transactions, and generating reports on sales and inventory.
• Health and Safety: Enforcing safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for staff and customers, and handling emergency situations.
• Marketing and Promotion: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract customers and promote products and services.
• Communication and Reporting: Maintaining open communication with staff, management, and other stakeholders. Providing regular reports on store performance.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
• Must be experienced in marketing.
• Must be professional.
• Must reside in town.

Salary
N150,000 – N175,000 / Month.
