Job Overview

• We are seeking a diligent, detail-oriented, and analytical Manager (Audit) to join our Internal Audit team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the execution of internal audit activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and established internal control systems

Job Description

• Supervise all audit staff and activities of department
• Undertake regular audit of company operations as scheduled
• Ensure sound internal audit control
• Prepare audit reports in line with internal requirements
• Liaise with external auditors
• Notify management of areas of shortcoming and advise accordingly

Qualification & Required Skills  

• A First Degree (B.Sc / HND) in Accounting with a minimum of Second-Class Lower Division / Lower Credit.
• Possession of a relevant professional qualification such as ICAN or ACCA is mandatory.
• 5 – 10 years of relevant experience in an Internal Audit role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to pay attention to detail and maintain high standards of accuracy and integrity.
• Must be not more than 40 years of age.
