We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Management Trainee

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • A Management Trainee is an entry-level role designed to groom individuals into future leaders within an organization.
  • The job involves learning different aspects of the business, gaining hands-on experience, and developing managerial skills.

Key Responsibilities
Training & Learning:

  • Participate in structured training programs across departments (e.g., sales, operations, HR, finance).
  • Learn company policies, processes, and business strategies.

Departmental Rotation:

  • Work in different units to understand how the organization functions.
  • Assist team members with daily tasks and projects.

Supporting Management:

  • Help managers in planning, organizing, and executing business activities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and performance analyses.

Problem Solving & Analysis:

  • Identify challenges within operations and suggest improvements.
  • Analyze data to support decision-making.

Customer & Client Interaction:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs.
  • Support service delivery and relationship management.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track progress of tasks or projects.
  • Ensure targets and deadlines are met.

Career Path
A Management Trainee is groomed to grow into roles such as:

  • Team Lead / Supervisor
  • Operations Manager
  • Business Development Manager
  • Branch Manager.

Typical Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • NYSC completion (in Nigeria, often required).
  • Little or no prior work experience.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Leadership potential.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking ability.
  • Teamwork and collaboration.

Salary
N80,000 – N120,000 / month.
