Job Summary

• The Management Consultant will provide expert advice and guidance to our organization on improving performance, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• The Consultant must possess proven ability to run the business.
• This role involves analyzing existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Analysis:

• Conduct organizational assessments and performance analyses.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategic recommendations.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

Operational Improvement:

• Develop and implement process improvements.
• Streamline operations and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Enhance organizational design and structure.

Budgeting and Financial Management:

• Develop and manage budgets for projects and clients.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and financial modeling.
• Identify areas for cost reduction and optimize resource allocation.

Change Management:

• Communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Develop training programs for employees.
• Monitor and evaluate implementation progress.

Project Management:

• Manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build relationships with clients, employees, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations.
• Communicate findings and recommendations.

Requirements
Education:

• MSc or MA Degree in Business, Finance or a related course

Experience:

• 5 – 12 years of management consulting experience.
• Industry expertise (e.g., finance, education, technology).

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong report writing skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Must possess Ownership mentality
• Proficient in MS Office, project management tools, and financial software (e.g., Excel, SAP).
• Certifications: CMC (Certified Management Consultant) or Equivalent.
