We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Male Storekeeper

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Key Roles and Duties

• Receiving Goods: Receive and inspect deliveries to ensure that items supplied match approved purchase orders and invoices.
• Stock Control: Maintain accurate records of all goods received, issued, and remaining in stock.
• Proper Storage: Arrange goods neatly and securely, ensuring correct storage conditions and easy identification.
• Issuing Supplies: Issue items only to authorised staff or departments upon approved requisition.
• Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and report shortages, excess stock, expired items, or discrepancies.
• Monitoring Stock Levels: Inform management when items are running low to ensure timely replenishment.
• Preventing Losses: Prevent theft, damage, wastage, and unauthorised removal of hotel supplies.
• Cleanliness and Safety: Keep the store clean, organised, and free from pests, following proper hygiene and safety standards.
• Documentation: Maintain stock cards, bin cards, requisition forms, delivery notes, and other inventory records.
• Reporting: Submit regular stock reports to management and report any irregularities promptly.
• Must be honest, organised, detail-oriented, and accountable, with good record-keeping skills.

Salary
N80,000 – N90,000 / month.
