Job Title: Male / Female Sales Representative

Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  • A Sales Representative’s job description typically involves generating leads, contacting potential customers, building relationships, and closing sales by presenting and selling products or services.
  • They are responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identifying potential customers and generating leads through various methods like cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Customer Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Presenting products or services to potential customers, understanding their needs, and negotiating sales terms.
  • Closing Deals: Successfully securing sales and completing the sales cycle.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintaining contact lists, following up with customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Possessing in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services to effectively address customer inquiries and needs.
  • Collaboration: Working collaboratively with internal teams and other sales representatives.
  • Reporting: Preparing reports on sales activities, achievements, and customer interactions.
  • Goal Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.

Other Potential Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
  • Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Training and Development: Continuously enhancing sales skills and product knowledge.

  • Sales Representative’s role is multifaceted and requires a combination of strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills to drive revenue growth and build lasting customer relationships.

Salary
N300,000 – N500,000 Monthly.
