Job Title: Maintenance / Utility Technician / Junior Engineer

Location: Sango / Owode axis, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, lubrication, and adjustments on production machinery and auxiliary equipment to prevent breakdowns.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose, repair, and overhaul mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems (motors, sensors, PLCs).
• Production Support: Respond immediately to emergency machine failures to minimize production downtime.
• Food Safety Compliance: Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) protocols, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to prevent product contamination.
• Machine Installation & Setup: Assist with the installation and calibration of new or modified machinery.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage in a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Facility Maintenance: Perform general repair and upkeep of the plant facility, including plumbing, lighting, and building structures.
