Job Title: Maintenance & Planning Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure optimal equipment reliability and performance.
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities, including routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance teams, including technicians and contractors.

Requirements

• HND / BSc / B.Eng in Mechanical, Automobile, or related Engineering discipline.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing, maintenance strategies and plans.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, such as reliability centered maintenance and total productive maintenance.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising maintenance teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in root cause analysis and corrective action.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software, such as ERP, Dynamics 365, SAP, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
