Job Title: Maintenance Personnel (Plumbing, AC Technician, and Electrical Technician)

Job Summary

• Ensure Hotel Capitol’s facilities, equipment, and systems are in optimal condition, providing a comfortable and safe environment for guests.

Responsibilities

• Plumbing Maintenance: Fix leaks, unclog drains, maintain water systems, and ensure efficient water usage.
• Electrical Maintenance: Handle lighting, power outlets, generators, and electrical equipment repairs.
• AC & HVAC: Service air conditioning units, ensure temperature control, and perform routine checks.
• General Repairs: Fix furniture, doors, and locks, and respond to guest requests promptly.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure fire safety systems are functional, conduct inspections, and report issues to management.
• Collaboration: Work with other departments for smooth operations and report maintenance status.

Requirements

• Trade certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel or commercial building maintenance.
• Skills in troubleshooting, basic repairs, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekend
• proximity to work location.
