Job Title: Maintenance Officer

Location: Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: 6 days a week, 1 day off

About the Role

• We are seeking a Maintenance Officer with hands-on experience in facility upkeep and technical maintenance.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong electrical background and be capable of handling routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring all hotel equipment and utilities function optimally.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
• Supervise maintenance requests and report on completed tasks.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and operational standards.
• Support management in facility upgrades and repairs.

Requirements

• Technical or vocational training in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality or facility maintenance.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Must be willing to reside on-site.
