Job Description

• The Maintenance Officer at Nosagie Holdings will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and efficiency of facilities across the company’s Strategic Business Units.
• The role requires a versatile professional with strong hands-on expertise in electrical systems, plumbing, mechanical repairs, troubleshooting, and basic IT support.
• The Maintenance Officer will carry out routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations.
• In addition, the officer will respond promptly to maintenance requests, identify potential hazards, and provide sustainable solutions that align with the organization’s standards.
• The role also involves overseeing equipment servicing, monitoring utility usage, and supporting projects that require technical input in facility upgrades or installations.
• The Maintenance Officer is expected to maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work closely with other departments to resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• This position requires adaptability, problem-solving ability, and strong technical competence to address a wide range of operational challenges across multiple business units.
• The ideal candidate should have proven experience in facility maintenance, sound knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, and the capacity to apply IT knowledge in resolving basic technical issues

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, OND / HND qualification with 5 – 10 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
