We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Maintenance Officer (Male)

Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Respond and attend to guest repair requests.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests.
• Understand and operate advanced electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler systems.
• Communicate with different types of people to comprehend what they want and to provide them with information and assistance.
• Check for new maintenance requests
• to inspect and repair various energy systems, such as the heating and cooling, electricals systems, plumbing, lighting, and kitchen equipment. You also assist with repairing floors, roofs, and doors and installing new products, such as windows, carpets, and light fixtures.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualification with 3 – 7 years work experience.

Salary
N30,000 – N40,000 monthly.
