Job Description

• We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Officer to join our team at Greysteels.
• As a Maintenance Officer, you’ll be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient operating environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential maintenance issues before they become major problems
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal facility performance
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless maintenance operations and minimize disruptions to business activities
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, schedules, and inventory management

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities management, or related field
• Strong understanding of maintenance principles, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to troubleshoot and repair complex maintenance issues
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary
N350,000 – N500,000 per month.
