Job Title: Maintenance Officer

Location: Oniru, Lagos Island – Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Officer to ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of the company’s facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe, functional, and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance of company facilities and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical faults.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
• Keep maintenance records and prepare reports.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Liaise with external technicians and vendors when necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND, HND, or an equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant maintenance experience is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and work effectively within a team.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
