Job Title: Maintenance Manager – Facility

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Must carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
• Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff ( securities and janitors)
• Monitor expense and controls the budget for maintenance
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
• Keep accurate maintenance logs and maintenance reports on daily activities
• Ensure health and safety policies

Requirements

• Graduate in Management and other Social Sciences
• Proven experience as maintenance manager
• Experience in planning maintenance operations
• Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing , carpentry , electrical systems etc
• Vast knowledge with external government and non governmental parastatals ( waste managementdonestic and medical) signage licensing
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid certification maintenance manager (CMM) will be a plus.
