Job Title: Machine Operator (Nylon Processing)

Job Description

• We are seeking experienced and technically competent Machine Operators to operate and monitor nylon processing machinery, ensuring efficient production, product quality, and compliance with established safety and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor nylon/polythene processing and production machines.
• Set up machines and adjust operating parameters according to production specifications.
• Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and material usage.
• Minimize material wastage and optimize machine efficiency.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Work closely with the Production, Maintenance, and Quality Control teams.
• Report machine breakdowns, defects, and other production issues promptly.

Requirements

• SSCE/OND; relevant technical qualification is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience operating machines in nylon, polythene, plastic, packaging, or related manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience with nylon/polythene processing machinery.
• Good understanding of production processes and machine safety.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 / Month.
