Job Summary

• A skilled Machine Operator to operate packaging and processing machines (Powder & Liquid). The ideal candidate will ensure smooth machine operation, meet daily production targets, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate packaging and processing machines efficiently to meet daily production targets.
• Monitor machine performance and report faults or abnormalities promptly.
• Carry out routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance as scheduled.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Maintain basic production and machine operation records.
• To achieve daily production target with minimum or zero Supervision
• Support continuous improvement and follow company policies and procedures.
• To take ownership of machine operations and ensure compliance with efficiency and maintenance
• The machine operator is responsible to manage machine operations and handle troubleshooting under the supervision of maintenance engineer.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Machine Operator in a food or FMCG environment.
• Experience handling powder and liquid packaging machines is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of machine operation, safety practices, and food hygiene.
• Ability to meet production targets with minimal or zero rejection.
