Black Jasper Luxury Real Estate, a premier boutique agency specializing in the sales and leasing of residential and commercial properties in Lagos’s finest neighbourhoods, is seeking an exceptional individual to join our founding team as a Luxury Real Estate Agent.

Position Overview

  • As a Luxury Real Estate Agent with Black Jasper, you will have the opportunity to represent some of the most prestigious properties in Lagos, serving high-net-worth clients and facilitating transactions of unparalleled quality and sophistication. From showcasing luxurious penthouses to negotiating multi-million-dollar deals, you will be at the forefront of Lagos’s thriving real estate market, creating unforgettable experiences and building lasting relationships with our esteemed clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and cultivate relationships with affluent buyers and sellers in Lagos’s luxury real estate market.
  • List and market high-end residential and commercial properties, utilizing cutting-edge marketing strategies and technologies to maximize exposure and drive sales.
  • Conduct property tours, host open houses, and facilitate showings with professionalism and finesse, showcasing the unique features and value propositions of each property.
  • Provide expert guidance and negotiation support to clients throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process, ensuring optimal outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners, including fellow agents, brokers, legal professionals, and vendors, to streamline transactions and deliver exceptional service.
  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times, demonstrating impeccable grooming, attire, and demeanor.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Comfortable and confident in front of the camera, with strong presentation skills for virtual tours, promotional videos, and client meetings.
  • Uphold the company’s brand image and reputation by embodying the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in luxury real estate sales or a related field, with a deep understanding of the Lagos market and its affluent clientele.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and business acumen, coupled with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets and expectations.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards and delivering superior service to clients.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in real estate, sales, or a related discipline are advantageous.
