We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Customer Experience: Resolve guest issues, build VIP relationships, and ensure personalized, high-quality service.
Financial & Sales: Monitor sales, manage budgets (P&L) andimplement upselling.
Inventory & Supply Chain: Manage liquor, food, and other stock, handling orders and minimizing waste.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
Operations: Manage daily activities, ensuring a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment, and coordinating events.
