Job Title: Logistics Manager

Location: Abuleado, Lagos

Position Summary

• The Logistics Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all transportation and delivery operations.
• The role ensures timely and accurate delivery of goods, optimal fleet utilization, and compliance with regulatory and safety standards. The Logistics Manager will also supervise logistics staff, manage documentation, and drive efficiency in supply chain movement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely distribution.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate drivers and dispatch riders.
• Monitor vehicle condition, maintenance schedules, and fuel usage.
• Oversee the loading and offloading of goods, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, fleet reports, fuel consumption records, and incident reports.
• Investigate and resolve delivery delays, customer complaints, and transport-related incidents.
• Recommend strategies for improving logistics efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. / HND in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in logistics or transport operations, including supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of transport laws, route planning, and vehicle management.

Skills & Competencies:

• Leadership and team management.
• Route optimization and planning.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics tracking tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery targets.

Salary
N150,000 per month.
