Job Title: Logistics First Line Supervisor II

Location: Rivers, Nigeria

Job Description

• Are you an experienced logistics professional with a strong background in supervising logistics operations within the oil and gas industry? We are seeking a Logistics First Line Supervisor II to oversee logistics activities and ensure safe, reliable, and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all logistics operations at DS1, DS2/CPF.
• Serve as the on-site contract representative for vehicle lease, field logistics, and infrastructure O&M contracts.
• Conduct audits of contractor and in-house logistics operations, ensuring timely close-out of findings.
• Provide transportation, lifting, and hoisting support services to operations.
• Oversee and maintain the sling register.
• Coordinate logistics activities to support safe and efficient field operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Previous experience in a closely related logistics supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of logistics standards, specifications, codes, and safety requirements.
• Broad understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics Management.
• Experience in SSHE management, operations planning, maintenance management, and general marine operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
