We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Locations: Lekki Phase 1 & Ikeja – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistics activities.
• Monitor fleet vehicles / trucks / bikes on transit.
• Ensure that the operational arm of logistics goes smoothly and excellent.
• Dispatch rider and drivers to complete deliveries.
• Track and fix delivery errors.
• Track the movements of riders and drivers.
• Ensure that all vehicles’ documentations are up to date.
• Oversee all fleet dispatching protocols.
• Plan riders’ delivery routes.
• Monitor riders and drivers.
• Increase the speed of the delivery time by engaging the right logistics partner with perfect fleet for the logistics operations at a minimal cost.
• Resolve any issues that may occur to the drivers while on transit and at the customer’s outlets speedily.
• Respond to customer inquiries and refer riders to the appropriate customers.
• Maintain proper and accurate Pre-shipment and Post-shipment Administration.
• Ensure excellent logistic service delivery.
• Other applicable tasks that might arise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree qualification
• Must be worked as a logistics coordinator in a logistics companies
• Minimum of 4 years experience
• Great leadership skills
• Ability to coordinator riders
• Great time management skills
• Great communication skills
• Experience in pick-up and delivery.
