We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Loan Recovery Officer

Locations: Abia, Akwa Ibom, Lagos and Ogun
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

• Keep tracking outstanding debts
• Plan course of action to recover owed money
• Locate and contact debtors at their business point and residence
• Update account status and database regularly
• Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable
• Handle customers’ questions or complaints
• Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans
• Build trust with debtors
• Identify gaps in the system and recommend solutions

Requirements

• A smart OND / HND / B.Sc Holder in any discipline.
• 0 – 2 years of work experience.
• Previous Experience as a field recovery officer will be an added advantage.
• Computer / IT Background.

Renumeration
Fixed Salary and commission
