Nicthan Monies, a money lending company in Lagos, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Location: Mile 12, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

Evaluate the Credit Worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation per company policy
Ensure achievement of Monthly Loan target
Determine all applicable metrics and ratios and set up debt repayment plans
Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility, the feasibility of granting loans and justify decisions for approval and rejections
Go the extra mile to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and develop a referral network
Carry out customer address search and verification exercise
Support the team lead on Recovery and other related transaction.
