Job Title: Loan Marketing / Disbursement Officer

Description

• The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, marketing loan products, and facilitating the loan application process.
• The role focuses on achieving loan disbursement targets while ensuring compliance with credit policies and maintaining high-quality loan portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Market and promote the Bank’s loan products to individuals and businesses
• Identify and generate leads for new loan opportunities
• Assess clients’ financial needs and recommend suitable loan products
• Guide clients through the loan application and documentation process
• Conduct preliminary credit assessments and risk evaluations
• Follow up on loan applications to ensure timely approval and disbursement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
• Monitor loan repayments and support recovery efforts when necessary
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate records of all marketing and loan activities.
